General Terms

1.1 Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction.

1.2 Account Creation

Users must create an account with accurate information and are responsible for maintaining its security.

1.3 Fees and Payments

Minting fees of 0.1 ETH apply per item, and a 15% commission is charged on NFT sales.

1.4 Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to NFT trading.

1.5 Platform Usage

Flux Paint serves as a marketplace intermediary and does not own or endorse any NFTs listed.

NFT Listings and Transactions

2.1 Ownership and Authenticity

Sellers must have legal rights to the NFTs they list and provide accurate descriptions.

2.2 Prohibited Content

NFTs containing illegal, fraudulent, or offensive content are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Disputes and Refunds

Flux Paint does not mediate disputes; resolutions must be handled between buyers and sellers.

Intellectual Property

3.1 Copyright

Users must respect copyright laws and ensure they have the necessary rights to list NFTs.

3.2 License

By listing an NFT, users grant Flux Paint a non-exclusive license to display and promote it.

Termination and Suspension

Flux Paint may suspend or terminate accounts violating terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

Flux Paint is not liable for losses, disputes, or platform-related service interruptions.

Amendments

Flux Paint reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
